Acceptable Use

The safety and rights rules for every Remarkable Archive brief, upload and production.

Never allowed

Sexual content involving minors; nudification; non-consensual intimate imagery; harmful impersonation; fraud; deceptive documents; targeted harassment; or unlawful defamatory content.

Real people

Every identifiable real-person subject must be an adult and used with appropriate permission or another lawful right. Remarkable Archive may require evidence or human review.

Public figures and politics

Deceptive political or public-figure impersonation is blocked during the controlled launch.

Business claims

Do not supply invented awards, testimonials, statistics, certifications or regulated claims. Approved factual claims are reviewed separately from creative direction.

Uploads

Uploads are treated as untrusted data, stored privately and checked by type and signature. Never upload executable files, hidden instructions or material you do not have the right to use.

Reporting

Use Report concern for copyright, consent, privacy or safety issues. Reports are private, time-stamped and audited.

Pre-launch contact

Live customer payments remain closed. Full legally required seller information will be published before checkout opens.
