Terms of Service
The terms for Remarkable Archive’s UK made-to-order digital film service.
What Remarkable Archive supplies
Remarkable Archive supplies a finished digital film based on the production brief you approve. Material requirements are objective acceptance criteria; creative preferences guide the direction but do not guarantee identical generative output.
Price and payment
Total price. No VAT is currently charged. The displayed price is the total customer price. Card payment is processed through Stripe when checkout is open. Remarkable Archive does not add an unavoidable production charge after you approve the price.
Production and delivery
Production begins only after Remarkable Archive verifies payment and records the required approvals. The estimated delivery window must be shown before payment and recorded in the order confirmation. Progress appears in your private dashboard.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
At checkout you may expressly request immediate production. Once digital supply begins you may lose the normal 14-day cancellation right. That acknowledgement does not remove remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming supply.
Changes and remedies
An objective defect may receive shot-level repair within the production reserve. A new requirement after approval may require a new fixed price. The Refund & Remedy Policy explains how to contact Remarkable Archive and how outcomes are handled.
Rights and lawful use
You must hold appropriate rights and permissions for every upload, subject, logo, character, music track and business claim. Remarkable Archive may reject, pause or remove unlawful or unsafe material.
Business identity
Remarkable Archive is currently in controlled pre-launch. The legally required trader identity and geographic contact details will be published before live customer checkout opens.
Pre-launch contact
Live customer payments remain closed. Full legally required seller information will be published before checkout opens.
