Retention Schedule
How long customer and production material is normally kept.
Raw customer uploads
Default target: delete 30 days after delivery or abandonment unless support, a dispute or a legal hold requires otherwise.
Working production assets
Default target: delete 30 days after final delivery.
Final deliverables
Default target: retain for 90 days for re-download, then delete unless the customer requests earlier deletion.
Financial and consent records
Keep only the records required for the seller’s confirmed business structure, tax duties, disputes and consent evidence. The applicable statutory period must be confirmed before live checkout opens; raw media is not retained merely because a financial record must be kept.
Pre-launch contact
Live customer payments remain closed. Full legally required seller information will be published before checkout opens.
