How Remarkable Archive handles account, production, payment and support information.
Data we use
Account identifiers, production briefs, consent records, payment references, uploads, generated assets, support messages, safety reports and security logs. Remarkable Archive does not need your full card details.
Why we use it
To quote, moderate, take payment, produce, deliver, secure and support an order; prevent abuse; keep financial and consent evidence; and meet legal obligations.
Lawful bases
Contract is used where processing is needed to quote, supply and support an order. Legal obligation applies to required financial and compliance records. Legitimate interests may apply to proportionate security, fraud prevention and service improvement. Consent is requested separately where it is the appropriate basis, including optional public showcase permission.
Sharing and international processing
Only approved service providers receive the minimum data needed for payment, hosting, storage, production, communication or security. Customer data is not sent outside the UK unless the destination and transfer mechanism have been documented and approved.
Retention
Raw uploads and working material use controlled retention periods. Final deliverables are retained for re-download only for the stated period. Financial, consent and audit records may be retained longer where legally necessary.
Your rights
Use Help & Support to request access, export, correction, restriction, objection or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
