Refund & Remedy Policy
How Remarkable Archive distinguishes technical failures, objective defects and customer changes.
How to ask for help
Use Help & Support and include the order reference, the affected part of the film and the outcome you are requesting. Safety or rights concerns may also be sent through Report concern.
Technical failure
Remarkable Archive normally retries the smallest affected shot where a provider or delivery failure is confirmed. If supply cannot be completed, the order moves to human resolution.
Objective defect
A material failure against an approved requirement may be repaired at shot level within the included reserve. If a conforming result cannot be supplied, applicable legal remedies remain available.
Customer change
A new wardrobe, location, script, product claim or other requirement after approval may require an additional fixed price.
Creative variation
Generative output can vary. A subjective preference is not automatically an objective defect, but Remarkable Archive will assess the result against the approved brief and applicable consumer law.
Cancellation and immediate supply
The immediate-supply acknowledgement is shown separately at checkout. It does not remove remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming supply.
Pre-launch contact
Live customer payments remain closed. Full legally required seller information will be published before checkout opens.
